Getting more from the assistant

  • Say “on its own” or “single email” to skip the campaign question, or “as a campaign” to go straight there.
  • Include a time (“tomorrow 11 AM”) and it's filled into the review or approval step for you.
  • “My uncontacted leads” targets everyone you haven't emailed yet.
  • Select a card, then just say “make it warmer”: no names or numbers needed.
  • Open it beside a template or draft and say what to change; it edits what's on screen.
  • Ask from the dashboard box to open the assistant with your question already running.

Habits that save time

  • Keep follow-up templates free of [[blanks]] so automatic follow-ups can send them.
  • Fill blanks straight from the Drafts list without opening each draft.
  • Use Needs an answer on Replies as your inbox zero.
  • Collapse the sidebar on small screens; everything stays one click away.
