Settings
Every setting, what it changes, and its default.
Gmail account
Shows the connected address, the last sync and the Gmail history position. Sync now checks for replies immediately. Disconnect deletes the stored Google tokens and signs you out; your prospects, drafts and history stay with that address. The permissions card explains each Google permission in plain words.
To just sign out of this browser, use the sign-out button next to your name in the sidebar. Unlike Disconnect, Gmail stays connected, so scheduled emails, campaigns and reply checks keep running.
Campaign agent
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Allow “Bypass permissions” | Lets approved campaigns send later batches on their own. Off: every running campaign switches to Ask every time. Default on. |
| Approval card starts on | Which approval mode a new campaign's card pre-selects. Default Ask every time. |
| Defaults for new campaigns | Send window (09:00–17:00), daily limit (20), follow-ups (none) and days between (4). The assistant may suggest others; you see them before approving. |
| Add an opt-out line | Emails the assistant writes end with “reply ‘no thanks’ and I won't email again”, and checks flag drafts without one. Default off. |
| Research sources | Use LinkedIn, Reddit or X in research, with each one's connection status. Default on once connected. |
| Sending on their own now | Campaigns currently auto-sending, with a Pause button each. |
Follow-ups
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Follow-ups per thread | How many follow-ups each email thread gets: none to 3. Default 2. |
| Days without a reply | Delay before one is due: 0–30. Default 4. |
| Send follow-ups automatically | Send due follow-ups on their own instead of leaving drafts. Default off. Warns if a follow-up template still has blanks. |
Appearance
Choose Auto (follows your system), light or dark in the Appearance card. Collapse the sidebar with the button next to the logo. Both are remembered on this browser.
