Quickstart
Connect Gmail, add someone to write to, and send your first reviewed email in a few minutes.
firsthello is a cold-email desk on top of your own Gmail. Emails go out from your address, replies land in your inbox as usual, and the app keeps track of who you wrote to, who answered and who needs a follow-up.
Your first email
- Connect GmailSign in with Google and approve two permissions: send email, and read the messages in threads the app started (to see replies). Each Gmail address is its own account with its own data.
- Add a prospectOn Prospects, choose Add prospect, or tell the assistant: “Add jane@acme.com, Jane Doe, CTO at Acme”.
- Write the emailOpen the prospect and start a draft from a template, or ask the assistant to write it. Fill any
[[blanks]]. - Review and sendChoose Review before sending, read the exact email, tick the confirmation box, then Send via Gmail or pick a time.
- Watch for repliesReplies sync from Gmail every 15 minutes, and whenever you come back to the tab. They show up on Replies, sorted by AI labels.
Where to next
- Core concepts: the handful of ideas the whole app is built on.
- The assistant: what to ask, and how it works.
- Campaigns: emailing a group with send windows and approval.
