Prospects
Everyone you plan to email, or already have, with where things stand.
Adding prospects
Use Add prospect on the Prospects page, or ask the assistant. The assistant can also find a contact on the web during research and add them, recording where the email address came from. If someone with the same name and company already exists, it asks before adding a duplicate.
Statuses
| New | Never emailed. |
| Contacted | At least one email went out. |
| Replied | They wrote back in one of your threads. |
Opted out and bounced
Opting someone out, or a bounce, adds the address to the suppression list. Drafts to them can be kept or deleted but never sent, and campaigns skip them. The list is keyed by email address, so deleting and re-adding the prospect doesn't unblock them.
The prospect page
Shows their details, every draft and sent email, replies, saved research and the activity history. Start a new draft or follow-up from here.
Referral radar (Reddit)
Open Referral radar at the top of Prospects, type a role, company or location, pick a time range and choose Scan Reddit. It keeps only posts from people offering referrals (not asking for them, not “open to work” posts, not promo codes) and shows each one's subreddit, date, link, details, and any eligibility or deadline lines it spotted. Cross-posts of the same offer show once.
How a scan runs
| Source | What it does |
|---|---|
| Quick search | Public Reddit search through Agent Reach. Results usually appear within seconds. Always on. |
| Fast search (TinyFish) | Web search limited to Reddit, about 2 seconds. Returns a short snippet rather than the full post, so a fuller copy from another source replaces it when one arrives. On only when TINYFISH_API_KEY is set; free up to 12,000 searches a day. |
| Wide search (Apify) | Searches more of Reddit and finds newer posts, with each post's full text and flair. Takes about 45 seconds and costs roughly $0.04 per scan. On only when APIFY_API_KEY is set in backend/.env. |
| Saved scan | The same search within 6 hours is answered instantly from the last scan, at no cost. Use Scan again for a fresh one. |
Both sources start at once and their results stream in, so quick ones show first while the wide search continues. If one source fails, the others' results still show, with a note saying which one failed. The same post found by several sources, or cross-posted to several subreddits, shows as one card. When a source gives no date, it's estimated from the Reddit post id (usually within a day or two) and shown with a “~”.
