AI features
Every place AI is used, what it's allowed to do, and the checks around it.
Writing emails
Under 110 words, plain text, one low-pressure question, greeting by first name, signed with your Google name. Only the lead's details, their verified facts and your offer may be used; anything only you know becomes a [[blank]]. An email with a claim its facts don't back gets one automatic rewrite.
Email checks
| Errors (block approval) | Unfilled blanks, a greeting with the wrong name, numbers or claims not backed by verified facts or your offer, and a missing opt-out line when that setting is on. |
| Warnings | Things worth a second look that don't block sending. |
Reply labels
New replies are labelled (Interested, Has a question, Not now, Unsubscribe, Out of office, Wrong person, Other) with a one-line summary. See Replies.
Retrieval
Saved research, notes and replies are indexed locally with a small embedding model running on the server's CPU, combined with keyword search. The assistant pulls the few most relevant snippets into its answers.
