Replies
Everything people wrote back, and emails that bounced, sorted and searchable.
How replies arrive
The app reads only threads it started. It checks Gmail every 15 minutes and when you return to the tab; click your name in the sidebar to sync now. Bounces are recognised and the address is suppressed.
AI labels
| Interested | Wants to talk or learn more. |
| Has a question | Asked something before deciding. |
| Not now | Maybe later. |
| Unsubscribe | Asked to stop. Triage can opt them out. |
| Out of office | An auto-reply. |
| Wrong person | Pointed you elsewhere. |
| Other | Anything else. |
Needs an answer
A reply needs an answer when nothing has been sent back in its thread from this app since it arrived. Unsubscribe, out-of-office and wrong-person replies don't count. The sidebar badge on Replies shows how many. Answers sent straight from Gmail aren't seen by the app.
Filters
Search names, companies, subjects and message text; filter by label, needs an answer, date range, and source (single emails or one campaign); sort newest or oldest. Click a reply to read it in full and Draft a reply with the assistant.
Reply alerts
If the server has email alerts set up, new replies are emailed to you as one digest per sync. Labels listed in the server's skip list (out of office by default) are left out.
