The assistant

Ask in plain words; it researches, writes, builds campaigns and triages replies, and you approve what goes out.

What it can do

Ask forWhat happens
Find or add leadsLooks up saved prospects by name, company, email or condition, or adds one.
ResearchSearches the web and opens pages about a lead or company, then saves sourced facts.
Write emailsWrites first emails for one or more leads from verified facts and your offer.
Send an emailWrites it if needed and gives you Review and send. A single email, not a campaign.
Edit a draft or templateChanges the selected draft as a new version, or the template open beside it.
Build a campaignWrites the emails, groups them with send rules and asks for your approval.
Control a campaignPause, resume, send the next batch or schedule it. Unapproved ones show the approval card.
Triage repliesSorts replies, opts out people who asked to stop, and drafts answers.
ResultsCampaign metrics, or the log of what the agent did.
QuestionsHow the app works, cold-email advice, writing templates.

How a request runs

  1. Decide
Simple requests are recognised directly. Others go to the decision layer (Jev), which picks one workflow and the leads, draft or campaign it's about, from this chat's items and your records only. Without it, a keyword fallback is used and the chat says so.
  2. Check
Code fills in what it can, checks every id exists, and asks you when something only you know is missing, instead of guessing.
  3. Run fixed stages
Each workflow has a fixed order of stages (for example research → write → campaign). The model only fills arguments; it never picks the next step.
  4. Report
The reply is built from what actually happened, with cards for the drafts, leads and campaigns it touched.

Cards and questions

Drafts, leads, campaigns and metrics appear as cards you can edit and act on. A card updated later in the chat shows once, in its latest place. When it needs something from you, it asks with options to click; your answer continues the same request.

It sees the page beside it

Open the assistant column on any page (A) and it sees what's open, including unsaved edits; a Seeing chip shows what. Select a card to point follow-ups like “make it shorter” at it.

Models

Writing and answers use a Groq-hosted model with strict structured output. Routing uses Jev when configured. Details in AI features.
