Research

How the assistant finds facts and contacts, and which ones it trusts.

Where it looks

Web search and page reading run through Agent Reach. If that's unavailable, Exa and then Firecrawl are used when their keys are set. LinkedIn, Reddit and X can be searched too once connected; you sign in yourself in a window it opens, and the app never sees your password. Turn each one on or off in Settings. Reddit pages that Reddit blocks without a login are reported as unavailable, never read as content. For job referrals posted on Reddit, see Referral radar.

Verified facts only

A fact counts as verified only if it's on a page the assistant actually opened and that page is about the lead's own company. A similarly named company is a different company: when unsure, it asks you. Emails may only use verified facts and the offer you described.

Finding a contact

Asked to find someone (say, an HR contact), it adds them as soon as it finds an email on an opened page, noting that page as the source. With no named person, a role inbox like hr@ or careers@ on the company's domain is used. With nothing usable, it asks you for the name and email.

Saved research

Facts are saved to the lead and searched first next time, so repeated requests don't repeat the web work.
